Nat loves to help people achieve their goals, get back to what they love and live life without worrying about getting injured or believing they can not do certain things anymore.

Nat’s favourite part of her role is the variety of clients that walk through the door. Everyone’s story is different, and she loves to hear what makes you, YOU, and how she can help you.

Nat’s background includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation and she has chosen osteoporosis as a speciality due to the fact it affects so many people, especially women.
