  • Are there any additional fees with my membership?

    There are no Joining fees or Cancellation fees, however, the Merchant does charge a Fee on Direct Debit Memberships.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    All members are welcome to Cancel their Membership at their discretion. To Cancel your Membership, we do require 2 weeks’ notice. If you wish to Cancel your Membership, please contact us directly on 4313 1880 or by email to info@bonesforlife.com.au

  • Do you keep record of my Bank Account or Credit Card details?

    Bones For Life does not record any details of Member payment details. All payments are securely facilitated through the approved third-party payment platforms:

    • ‘GoCardless’ for Bank Account Direct Debits

    • ‘Stripe’ for Credit Card Direct Debits.

    At no point are your financial details accessible to any member of our team.

  • How do I book my classes?

    Once you have completed your membership registration, you have 2 options to book your classes:

    1. Online through our website, so save your login details after registering your membership.

    2. Download the GloFox App, choose “Bones For Life” and follow the steps.

    When signed into your account, you can click on the heading ‘Classes’ to book ahead. Within your profile, you can also click on the heading ‘Bookings’ to see your past and future classes.

  • What happens if I can’t attend classes, or need to pause my membership?

    The full benefit of the ONERO program can only be achieved with regular attendance and application. We limit our memberships to ensure that all members can have adequate access to achieve this benefit. Therefore, memberships cannot be paused due to general busyness or non-medical absences. Membership may only be paused under the following conditions:

    1. Planned Leave | when members have a planned period of leave for two or more consecutive weeks.

    2. Sickness or Injury | in the event members become chronically unwell or suffer an injury that prevents class attendance for at least two weeks.

    3. Coach Availability | in the event all ONERO Coaches are unable to physically deliver classes, or where Bones For Life is unable to adequately provide an alternative class due to Coach illness or absence.
