Will studying by distance education do the program justice?

Learning and practising Bones for Life does not require the physical presence of others to spur you on, nor is it competitive. It is a very personal and reflective study that slowly unfolds for each individual at their own pace. However, the key turning points in learning and practising active bones lessons, are reflecting upon and sharing your understanding of the changes you experience in your skeletal system with your instructor and fellow students. For this reason connecting with other distance-ed students via email etc. may be beneficial.

Distance-ed students tend to study the program over a longer period, making it is a great opportunity to reflect more deeply and explore the Bones for Life experience with your peers.

About Email and the Mail-list
Your ongoing lesson instructions are sent via individual email. Feedback and responses, on a per lesson basis, are addressed either one-to-one via email and/or in group dialog via the Mail-list.

Your commitment is the key to successful learning
