Individual and Group remedial lessons

BFL Class

One-off Workshops
– full-day and half-day workshops or presentations can be arranged for individuals or groups. They are an ideal introduction to Active Bones lessons OR to receive a one-to-one remedial session.

Ongoing weekly BFL "fitness" classes are a great way to build bone strength as you learn Bones For Life's unique movement techniques. You will be guided through a variety of the Active Bones lessons in each class, which runs for about 1.5 hours*.

BFL Chairs. Do you spend many hours in a chair? This workshop suits both professional movement therapists and non-professionals who seek broader BFL "fitness" support lessons.

*NOTES: The structure, dates and duration of classes will differ in each region according to the schedule of a teacher's availability.

Many of our BFL certified teachers hold regular workshops
and weekly support sessions in their own local regions.
Please see our list of Teachers to find a class near you.
