Ongoing weekly BFL "fitness" classes are a great way to build bone strength as you learn Bones For Life's unique movement techniques. You will be guided through a variety of the Active Bones lessons in each class, which runs for about 1.5 hours*. BFL Chairs. Do you spend many hours in a chair? BFL Basic Certificate ProgramThe Active Bones processes are delivered in sequence over three Units of study* that equips graduates with a beginner's understanding of all processes, enough to continue to integrate the work into their personal health or fitness regime. BFL Certified Teacher TrainingAdvanced program for those who wish to become qualified to conduct Active Bones classes or workshops and/or deliver the Basic Bones For Life Certification Program. This teacher-training course includes didactic exploration of all components of the "Basic Certificate Program". [Course Certification and Course Outline] BFL teacher training is currently conducted in Byron Bay and Mullumbimby, Northern NSW. Teacher training is also available in cities and other major centres on request. BFL Trainer CertificationBones for Life Certified Teachers with 200 hours and two years of Bones for Life teaching experience are eligible for the Trainer Certification level. Certification is a 2-part process that includes a thesis and a 10-day (60-hour) Trainer Training with Ruthy Alon. Graduates are eligible to train new BFL teachers (practitioners), in compliance with the Australian Bones for Life Director. BFL Teacher Certificate
